Maxam's Eco-Friendly AQUABlack Solutions Warm Mix system can be installed into an existing A/C line. The AQUABlack Solutions Foaming Gun forms, mixes and entrains micro bubbles in the asphalt binder via a series of high pressure jets, a compression nozzle and a static mixing chamber to modify the binder's physical characteristics until compaction during the rolling process. Additional exclusive features include an all steel heated enclosure for the pumping system, a water tank and valving for accurate metering, automatic air purge for freeze protection and fully automatic PLC based touch screen control.
